* Strukturierung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Pilotbetrieb
 * Fachliche Führung von interdisziplinären Teams
 * Übersetzung von Anforderungen in tragfähige technische Konzepte und umsetzbare Arbeitspakete
 * Technische Klärung von Architektur-, Schnittstellen- und Integrationsfragen
 * Anwendung moderner Methoden, z. B. aus den Bereichen KI-gestützte Softwareentwicklung, Simulation und Computer Vision
 * Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement, Engineering und Vertrieb zu Kundennutzen, Prioritäten und Umsetzungswegen
 * Transparente Steuerung von Qualität, Risiken, Ressourcen, Terminen und Kosten
