Du lernst Schritt für Schritt, wie professionelle IT-Infrastrukturen aufgebaut und betrieben werden. Dabei arbeitest du von Anfang an praktisch mit und übernimmst echte Aufgaben.

 * Du planst und installierst Hard- und Software in echten Unternehmensnetzwerken - nicht in der Simulation.
 * Du richtest Server, Clients und Netzwerke ein und konfigurierst sie nach Kundenanforderungen.
 * Wenn Störungen auftreten, analysierst du systematisch wo das Problem liegt und behebst es.
 * Anwender kommen mit technischen Fragen zu dir - du erklärst verständlich, nicht nur technisch korrekt.
 * Du behältst Systeme im Blick und erkennst frühzeitig, wenn etwas nicht stimmt.
 * Was du tust, dokumentierst du so, dass andere damit arbeiten können.
