## About the Role

* Strong experience supporting enterprise finance systems within a complex organisation.
 * Experience administering SunSystems (or a similar ERP).
 * A solid understanding of finance processes, including month-end, reporting and financial controls.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
 * Previous experience working with system vendors and managing support requests.
 * An accounting qualification (or qualified by experience) would be advantageous.

## Description

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of key finance systems (SUN & Proactis) ensuring they remain stable, reliable and fit for purpose, while also supporting a range of ongoing enhancement projects.
The Role

You'll be responsible for:

 * Providing day-to-day administration and support for finance systems.
 * Troubleshooting system issues and resolving user queries.
 * Managing system configuration, user access and data integrity.
 * Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver system improvements.
 * Supporting upgrades, testing, process enhancements and documentation.
 * Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, controls and the overall user experience.
