In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of IT procurement, asset management and inventory functions across the business. Leading a small team, you will ensure all IT assets are effectively purchased, tracked, maintained and disposed of throughout their lifecycle. You will play a key role in improving asset governance, supplier management, stock accuracy and operational efficiency across our UK showrooms, manufacturing sites and Head Office locations., * Lead, coach and develop the IT Procurement, Asset and Inventory team. * Manage team priorities, performance and operational KPIs. * Oversee IT procurement activities including hardware, software, services and consumables. * Manage supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and service quality. * Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure effective lifecycle management. * Develop and improve asset management policies, processes and governance controls. * Lead asset audits across showrooms, manufacturing sites and Head Office locations. * Manage stock levels, inventory processes and hardware deployment activities. * Produce reports covering procurement, supplier performance, asset compliance and stock accuracy. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency. * Support IT projects including technology rollouts and new site deployments. ## Related Videos - [Is HR dead?
