## Description

* Im 2nd-Level-Support bearbeitest Du Support-Tickets unserer Großkunden in den Bereichen Windows-Clients, Microsoft Office, Drucker, und Mobile Devices.
 * Du analysierst Fehler, identifizierst die Ursache und behebst die Störungen.
 * Bei Hardwareproblemen diagnostizierst Du die fehlerhafte Komponente und tauschst diese anschließend aus.
 * Du übernimmst die Einrichtung von neuen Endgeräten und stimmst Dich mit den Anwender:innen hinsichtlich des Hardwareaustauschs ab.
 * Du bist verantwortlich für die Priorisierung der Tickets, deren fristgerechte Bearbeitung sowie die sorgfältige Dokumentation im Ticketsystem.
 * Darüber hinaus sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen in spannenden Kundenprojekten.
