Our team thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and we are looking for a technical expert who can support both our open market placements and our facility business. In this role, you will provide essential technical support across the London market, including open market placements, global facilities and Global XB. While knowledge of Political Violence and Terrorism risks is advantageous, the core focus is your technical understanding of placements and transactional execution. You'll work alongside a highly motivated, entrepreneurial team that values collaboration, precision, and a strong work ethic. As we continue our growth, your technical expertise will be pivotal in supporting our operational excellence. What you will do: * Preparing market submissions and placing documentation including MRC's and endorsements. * Maintaining clear, accurate and comprehensive files reflecting the transactions undertaken on behalf of clients. * Inviting and monitoring renewal instructions * Logging of all quotes and enquiries * Daily monitoring with NST/IBA team to monitor bad debt, cash and funding. * Bordereaux monitoring for current binders and lineslips. * Assisting with "know your client" due diligence procedures. * Assisting with binding submissions via Whitespace. * Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner. * Monitor timeliness of the placement process to ensure Contract Certainty is achieved and timely invoicing is achieved. * Assisting with production of taxation schedules for Global Programs. * Generally providing support to the producers/brokers within the Division * Carrying out such projects and other duties and tasks as may from time to time be required, At Price Forbes, we have a straightforward interview process to ensure the best fit for both you and the company: * Submit your application with your CV, emphasising your skills and experience related to the job. * Our Talent Acquisition team will then arrange a call where they can tell you more about the role and the team.
