Desirable * Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment. * Understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows. * Knowledge of MRP or ERP systems. * Experience using Notion or similar workflow management software. * Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies. * Experience producing dashboards or management reports. * Basic understanding of production planning, stock control or scheduling. Above all, we're looking for someone with energy, initiative and the determination to make a positive difference. ## Description We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to join our team on a 3-6 month Fixed Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our manufacturing digitalisation programme. Working closely with our production, engineering, quality and management teams, you will help modernise the way we work by reducing our reliance on paper-based systems, improving manufacturing processes and maximising the functionality of our existing Notion platform. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys learning new systems, has excellent organisational skills and isn't afraid to challenge the way things have always been done. Whilst previous manufacturing systems experience would be advantageous, attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn are far more important.
