Desirable * Experience working within the education sector. * Knowledge of Azure, Intune, and cloud technologies. * Experience supporting Google Workspace environments. * Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management. * Relevant certifications such as: * CompTIA A+ * CompTIA Network+ * Microsoft Certifications * ITIL Foundation, * Professional and approachable. * Passionate about technology and customer service. * Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations. * Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. * Proactive and willing to take ownership of issues. * Organised and capable of managing competing priorities. ## Description Advanced IT Services (AIT) is a trusted provider of comprehensive IT solutions tailored to the education sector. Our experienced team supports a wide range of educational environments, providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, infrastructure management, and exceptional customer service., This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys variety and working in different environments. As a Roaming IT Support Technician, you will provide on-site and remote IT support to multiple schools and academies within the region. No two days will be the same, as you will be supporting a range of educational establishments with their day-to-day IT needs, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining infrastructure, and assisting with IT projects.
