## About the Role

We're Hiring: Technical Support Specialist (English-Speaking) and one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish or German.
Location: Spain
Full-time | English fluency required C2
Are you passionate about IT support and thrive on solving technical challenges? We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience or training in Microsoft and Cloud technologies to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

 + Provide top-tier technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users
 + Support and maintain Microsoft environments including:
 + Microsoft Office
 + Outlook
 + OneDrive
 + Exchange
 + SharePoint
 + Lync Server
 + Microsoft Windows
 + Handle incidents involving data formats and file compatibility
 + Communicate clearly with users to resolve issues efficiently
What We're Looking For:

 + Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies
 + Proficiency in data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.)
 + Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
 + A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
