 * You bring at least 3 years of experience in Office IT services or similar roles.
 * You have strong technical awareness and the ability to quickly learn new hardware and software technologies.
 * You possess strong communication skills and can communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.You have prior experience in customer-facing support environments.
 * You are self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
 * An ITIL V3 Foundation certification is

## Description

Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, errors, and resolution steps.

 * Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting as required, escalating cases appropriately and monitoring escalated incidents.Introduce new employees to Office IT standards and offer guidance to colleagues and junior associates.
 * Support installation and testing of hardware, applications, and operating systems.
 * Ensure all equipment complies with security requirements, including safe erasure and decommissioning.
 * Control, track, and manage hardware and software assets in line with company policies.Prepare reports as required by management.
 * Deliver IT support activities at alternative sites when needed (MTX and other off‑site locations).
 * Manage workstation and software installations, with priority support for senior leaders.Support meeting room technologies, including audio/video and collaboration equipment.Provide printer, screen, and projector support.
