You will be responsible for designing efficient, scalable, and user-centred experiences across both internal platforms and customer-facing web products, with a strong focus on tools used by operational and business teams. This role is key to improving complex workflows, productivity, and system usability, helping teams work more effectively through better design. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn operational needs into intuitive and high-impact solutions. Experience working with design systems, strong attention to detail, and a solid technical understanding will be key to ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams. Which will be your main responsibilities: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and effective user experiences aligned with business goals. + Conduct user research in operational environments: Run usability testing, interviews, and analyse data (e.g., analytics, heatmaps) to understand user needs, validate decisions, and improve workflows. + Create end-to-end designs: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring scalability and consistency. + Improve usability and accessibility: Optimize interfaces for clarity, speed, and accessibility (WCAG), especially in complex systems. + Collaborate Closely with Developers: Work closely with developers during the design implementation process, providing detailed design specifications, style guides, assets, and any necessary clarifications to ensure high-quality execution.
