## About the Role

+ Experience with SAP HCM in PA and OM modules and customizing.
 + Experience working with customers problem-solving SAP HCM.
 + At least 4 years experience as SAP HCM Consultant.
 + Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM: application and user support especially in the areas of master data/organizational management as well as the connections/dependencies to the related modules (Time Management and Payroll Accounting).
 + Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
 + Organizational and very good communication skills.
 + Good English skills, written and spoken
Nice to have:

 + Experience in the implementation and support in SAP HCM projects and modules.
 + Experience in ABAP programming.
 + Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
 + Experience with interface development and integration.
 + Knowledge of data migration and conversion.

## Description

+ Ensuring ongoing operations and implementation of customer requirements in SAP HCM (ex. Rollout new companies).
 + Adjustment of the system settings in sap HCM PA/OM.
 + Coordination of internal and external colleagues to ensure the implementation of the scheduled tasks planned every 3 months.
