## Description

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with a strong background in the banking sector to lead strategic technology initiatives within highly regulated and mission-critical environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, defining robust architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of key digital transformation projects., + Lead cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps).

 + Define and validate technology architectures aligned with banking standards.
 + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (PSD2, GDPR, local regulations).
 + Collaborate closely with Business, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
 + Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and automation initiatives.
 + Oversee integrations with core banking systems and legacy platforms.
 + Ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, and security.
