You bring: Degree in engineering or a related field. 15+ years of working experience in Plant Maintenance, ideally the digital side as well as the shopfloor. Knowledge and experience of Plant Maintenance digital systems and processes: CMMS and EAM, specifically SAP PM, MRO, and good understanding of integration with external software (e.g. Mendix platform, WebMethods, Unite-X etc.) Understanding of MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and complex Project Management. Experience in managing a team of technical & functional professionals, consultants and vendors as well as managing RFIs / RFPs. Experience of working in Agile environments and leading scrum teams. Excellent communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, proactive and consulting mindset as well as transparency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
