How You'll Drive Success Quality Management Lead the team in implementing best practices for coding standards, code reviews, and unit testing to ensure the development of robust and maintainable software. Ensure that continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are in place and optimized for efficiency. Oversee regular refactoring, technical debt reduction, and maintenance of technical documentation. Drive the team's focus on delivering features and improvements that meet or exceed user expectations. Use clear metrics to track code quality and find areas of improvement. Make security a bigger priority by ensuring best practices are part of daily work. Development Process Monitor project decomposition and estimation to ensure realistic timelines and efficient workflows. Propose solutions to enhance team efficiency and ensure compliance with company development policies. Support the team in problem-solving, fostering collaboration and participation from all members. Gather and document technical requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals. Set up clear guidelines to help the team make smart trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term stability. Delivery management Deliver products on time and with the required quality by tracking progress and updating project plans.
