## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 + Google Workspace Administrator certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hiring
 + 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar role
 + Proven experience with Google Workspace deployment, migration, and administration
 + Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and IT infrastructure
 + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 + Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
 + Experience with API integration and automation
 + Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
 + Strong project management and organizational skills
 + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 + Experience with change management and user training is a plus
 + Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial

## Description

We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Deployment/ Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting Google Workspace solutions for our organization and clients.

 + Plan, execute, and manage Google Workspace deployments and migrations
 + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications and services
 + Develop and implement best practices for Google Workspace administration and security
 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Google Workspace with existing IT infrastructure
 + Create and maintain documentation for Google Workspace processes and procedures
 + Conduct user training sessions and create educational materials on Google Workspace features
 + Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed
 + Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features and updates
 + Assist in developing automation scripts and integrations using APIs to enhance workflow efficiency
 + Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when required
