## About the Role

2/3+ years of proven experience in IT operations, with a focus on project management, and cloud environment management.
Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, experience with other similar environments would be a plus.
Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions
You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts

## Description

Plan, execute, and monitor IT-related projects, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and timelines, and oversee the successful execution of the projects from initiation to closure. These projects will be mainly focused on Google Workspace
Detect areas that can be improved in order to be more efficient or can benefit the rest of the Fever family and design projects that will achieve those improvements.
Control and monitor the use and budget of Fever main tools (IT Tools, Adobe, Google projects and other similar tools).
Provide regular updates to management on IT operations, projects, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
