This role will be responsible for ensuring secure and efficient user access across business applications, systems, and infrastructure while supporting organizational security, compliance, and operational objectives., Identity & Access Management * Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions and processes. * Manage user identity lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding. * Configure and maintain authentication, authorization, and access management services. * Support the implementation and administration of access control models and security policies. * Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate and provision appropriate user access. Engineering & Administration * Develop and maintain integrations between identity platforms and enterprise applications. * Automate identity and access management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Troubleshoot and resolve identity, authentication, and access-related issues. * Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures. * Support ongoing enhancements and modernization efforts related to identity services. Security & Compliance * Enforce security best practices, including least-privilege access and segregation of duties. * Participate in audits, risk assessments, access reviews, and compliance initiatives. * Monitor identity systems and access controls to identify and mitigate security risks. * Assist with incident response and remediation activities involving identity and access management.
