## About the Role

 * Prior experience in a hardware depot, IT support, or similar technical environment.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms.
 * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
 * Ability to read, follow, and apply process documentation consistently.
 * Clear, professional written communication skills for ticketing system updates.

## Description

* Configure laptops, iPads, iPhones, and related peripherals according to documented, customer-specific build processes, including device enrollment and management via Microsoft Intune.
 * Manage your daily workload through ServiceNow, including retrieving assigned tickets, following build instructions, and providing clear, timely status updates on progress, delays, shipping, and asset assignments.
 * Conduct quality control reviews on all completed builds to verify accuracy and adherence to documented standards.
 * Prepare, package, and ship equipment - including laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, monitors, keyboards, docking stations, and other peripherals - to end users.
 * Escalate any build deviations or process ambiguities promptly and appropriately.
 * Perform incoming equipment inspections ("shell checks") to assess warranty repair eligibility.
 * Coordinate warranty repairs with manufacturers such as Lenovo and Dell.
 * Support the Asset Management Team with routine inventory audits of depot stock.
