 * Familiarity with AI agents, automation platforms, or financial workflows.

## Description

Maatdesk is building the modern operating system for law firms. Our platform replaces fragmented tools and administrative tasks with intelligent automation that streamlines intake, billing, payments, reconciliation, and workflow management. We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with our customers, helping them successfully implement and optimize the Maatdesk platform while delivering measurable business results. This is not a traditional implementation or support role. You'll combine technical expertise with customer engagement, building workflows, integrations, automations, and scalable solutions that improve efficiency for our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Implementation & Success

 * Lead technical discovery and implementation for enterprise customers.
 * Configure workflows, automations, billing rules, trust accounting, and payment processes.
 * Manage data migrations and system cutovers with minimal business disruption.
 * Ensure customers achieve rapid adoption and measurable ROI.

Process Improvement & Automation

 * Develop reusable implementation playbooks, templates, migration tools, and automation frameworks.
 * Continuously improve deployment efficiency and scalability.
 * Identify customer pain points and collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform.

Pre-Sales Support

 * Partner with Sales during technical discovery and product demonstrations.
 * Help define implementation scope, technical requirements, and project risks before closing new business.

What Success Looks Like

 * Enterprise customers successfully launch and expand their use of Maatdesk.
 * Faster implementation timelines with consistently high customer satisfaction.
 * Creation of scalable deployment tools and best practices.
 * Product improvements driven by customer feedback from the field.
 * Increased operational efficiency across customer implementations.
