 * Knowledge of project management frameworks, including Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
 * Demonstrated experience managing software development and enterprise system implementation projects.
 * Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with stakeholder groups.
 * Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
 * Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
 * Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

* Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
 * Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
 * Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
 * Monitor project performance, manage changes in scope and priorities, and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards.
 * Deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and to stakeholders.
 * Ensure all projects adhere to governance, compliance, and security requirements.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies as appropriate, promoting continuous improvement.
 * Support organizational change management to implement technology adoption and process improvements.

 * Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.
