These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and performing warranty work. They are also responsible for analyzing customer needs and making suggestions regarding expanded product offerings to existing customers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job duty satisfactorily.
