We're looking for a Systems Engineer on the Battery Controls team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and verifying complex electrical and embedded systems from concept through production. This role requires a blend of strong systems thinking, requirements development, and hands-on hardware skills. You will create and manage system requirements, work closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to ensure designs meet functional, safety, and regulatory needs, and perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and integrated systems. The ideal candidate will excel at bridging high-level system architecture with low-level hardware validation, thrive in a collaborative environment, and ensure that all technical decisions are well-documented and traceable.
