Preferred Qualifications * Experience with PowerShell scripting. * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. * Knowledge of digital video technologies, including transcoding and redaction. * Understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking concepts, including VLANs and routing. ## Description The Senior IT Specialist, Customer Support (Tier III) is responsible for designing and integrating systems within customer environments, supporting complex software and hardware issues, and ensuring successful implementation of Safe Fleet Video Group solutions.
