## Description

We are looking for a reliable, sharp, and helpful Office Assistant & Data Coordinator to join our team! This is a mixed role where you will split your time between running reports, handling daily office tasks, and pitching in where needed. If you love working with Excel, have a great eye for detail, and don't mind jumping between computer work and helping out your teammates, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do Every Day

Data & Numbers

 * Run our daily sales reports, weekly scorecards, and paint tracking.
 * Check daily transactions, pay vendors, and track parts returns or refunds.
 * Keep an eye on profit margins, vendor discounts, and pricing structures.
 * Update our spreadsheet databases and vendor profiles.

Parts & Online Sales

 * Help the parts department track pre-orders and log parts.
 * Post and sell extra parts on eBay.
 * Log into partner websites to update our compliance paperwork.

Daily Office Help

 * Print and hand out daily schedules and shop grids.
 * Check the CCC system for customer messages and review surveys.
 * Cover for other office staff when they are out or busy.
 * Help train new team members when they start.
 * Do quick, basic updates to our website and social media pages.
