## About the Role

Please note: you must have at least 7+ years of experience professionally developing with Go (Golang) and Python to be considered for this role., * 7+ years of experience professionally developing with Go (Golang) and Python.

 * Strong experience building high-performance microservices and defining efficient RPC protocols (gRPC).
 * Proven experience working with message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pub-Sub).
 * Demonstrated experience designing and managing scheduled jobs and background processes (Cron).
 * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
 * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
 * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Initiative and drive to do great things.

Nice-to-Have

 * Proficiency with Java.
 * Experience with Celery for distributed task queues.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services and APIs.
 * Implement and manage real-time data pipelines and asynchronous messaging systems.
 * Identify bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability of core services.
 * Develop and maintain scheduled tasks, background workers, and automation workflows.
 * Work alongside frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
