Preferred Experience * 3+ years in technology consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or business systems analysis. * Proven track record of designing solutions involving SaaS platforms, CRM/ERP systems, and business workflows. * Familiarity with the landscape of AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, custom LLM integrations). * Experience consulting for small and medium-sized businesses preferred. ## Description Role Overview The Solution Architect is the strategic bridge between our clients' business challenges and our AI and automation solutions. This role works directly with clients to assess their operations, identify bottlenecks, and design comprehensive, scalable technology strategies that drive efficiency. The ideal candidate combines deep business acumen with a strong understanding of what is possible with today's AI and automation tools. You will own the client relationship from discovery through solution design, ensuring that the architecture we propose perfectly aligns with their operational goals. You will then hand off the technical blueprint to our engineering team and guide the client through successful adoption. Core Responsibilities: * Client Discovery & Requirements Gathering: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with clients to thoroughly understand their business processes, workflows, and pain points. * Solution Design & Architecture: Translate business requirements into strategic technical blueprints. Determine the best combination of AI models, SaaS platforms, and automation tools to solve the client's specific needs. * Project Leadership & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client. Manage expectations, present solution designs for approval, and translate technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders. * Workflow & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, cost reduction, and intelligent automation before a single line of code is written. * Adoption & Value Realization: Oversee the strategic side of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
