Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial manufacturing. Experience supporting global manufacturing environments. Familiarity with thermal systems or fluid cooling components. ## Description We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to support engineering releases, production transfers, and post-launch technical activities across multiple manufacturing locations. This role combines technical problem-solving, manufacturing support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure engineering data accuracy, production readiness, and successful product launches. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting manufacturing environments and understands the complexity of OEM program requirements. This position plays a key role in maintaining engineering documentation integrity, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring smooth implementation of new and transferred production programs. Key Responsibilities Support engineering release activities, ensuring drawings, specifications, and technical documentation are accurate and properly distributed across sites. Assist with production transfer and launch activities to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. Provide technical support for post-production issues, warranty feedback, and corrective actions to improve product performance and reliability. Maintain engineering documentation control and ensure information is accessible and current across global locations. Support efforts to protect proprietary engineering data and ensure secure distribution to manufacturing partners and facilities. Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve release reliability and operational efficiency.
