## About the Role

* Microsoft 365 Administration
 * Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Manager /SharePoint/ Exchange / PowerShell (preferred)
 * Windows OS and Office Suite / End Point Central
 * ITSM Tools (Basic)
 * Basic networking knowledge

Experience:

 * 3-8+ years in IT Infrastructure / EUC with experience in large enterprise M365 environments.

Soft Skills:

 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication
 * Structured and process-driven approach
 * Customer-focused mindset

Essential Certification:

 * Microsoft / M365 Certification (preferred)
 * ITIL (Optional)
 * Hardware /Cloud Certification (Optional)

## Description

We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill various roles support engineer team, rresponsible for managing and supporting end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, and core IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, and efficient IT operations across the organization, * Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

 * Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning)
 * Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
 * Manage Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access
 * Manage Intune / Endpoint Manager for device compliance and deployment
 * Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and file services
 * Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
 * Handle incidents, service requests, and changes via ITSM tools
 * Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit evidence
 * Support IT projects and deployments
