This is a UK remote role with regular teams calls with the wider support team. Applicants must be currently based in the UK and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, as sponsorship cannot be provided. ## Description We are currently recruiting for a Software Assistant that has an understanding of CCH software and looking for an opportunity to combine their accounting knowledge with user support and training. You will join a collaborative team responsible for supporting and improving the use of Practice Management and Document Management systems across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in an accountancy practice who enjoys helping others get the most from their software. The Role You'll provide day-to-day support to users of the Practice Management (PM) and Document Management (DM) systems, helping to ensure processes are followed, data is maintained, and colleagues receive the training and support they need. You'll work closely with teams across the business, contributing to system improvements, user adoption and ongoing projects.
