Requisitos - Experiencia en el ámbito de la ciberseguridad, con trayectoria consolidada en roles de liderazgo como CISO, ISO o similares. - Experiencia internacional y consultiva, colaborando con organizaciones globales y liderando proyectos de seguridad en entornos multiculturales y regulados. - Certificaciones valoradas: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. - Sólido conocimiento técnico en redes y arquitectura de seguridad, entornos Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) y seguridad en la nube, IAM (Identity and Access Management), gestión de vulnerabilidades y análisis de riesgos, normativas y marcos de referencia: NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), familia ISO/IEC 27000. - Experiencia en gobierno de la seguridad, definición de políticas, gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento normativo. - Capacidad para traducir requerimientos técnicos en decisiones estratégicas de negocio.
