## About the Role

La persona seleccionada trabajará en el desarrollo de productos complejos vinculados a sistemas de electrificación, en un entorno dinámico donde se valora el enfoque práctico, la autonomía y la capacidad de resolución de problemas tanto en laboratorio como en producto real.
Requisitos técnicos

 * Experiencia en diseño electrónico y desarrollo de PCB

 * Dominio de Altium Designer

 * Conocimientos sólidos en electrónica analógica y digital

 * Experiencia en laboratorio (medición, testing, debugging)

 * Experiencia en integración HW/SW

 * Perfil con mentalidad hands-on y enfoque práctico

 * Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos exigentes, dinámicos y poco estructurados

Requisitos valorables

 * Experiencia en compatibilidad electromagnética (EMC)

 * Conocimientos en Signal Integrity (SI)

 * Simulación de circuitos con SPICE

 * Conocimientos en seguridad funcional

 * Experiencia con sistemas de baterías / BMS

 * Background en sectores como automoción, electrificación o electrónica de potencia
