## About the Role

closely with developers, consultants, and architects to ensure robust solution design, seamless integrations, and successful deployments across environments. Configure Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, flows, security models, and validation rules. Develop high-quality custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Create end-to-end integration designs, mapping data flows and system interactions. Prepare and execute test plans, ensuring code coverage, scalability, and system reliability. Support deployment and release processes using tools such as Copado or similar DevOps solutions. Perform data quality checks and manage data migration tasks with tools like Data Loader. 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds and project types. ~ Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and integration patterns. ~ Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative configuration. ~
Experience with release and environment management within Salesforce. ~ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to guide technical project phases. ~ Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strong communication in English and Spanish. ~ Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, and one or more Cloud Consultant certifications.
