Desirable requirements + Experience with Agile methodologies. Adoption of the Scrum Master role will be highly valued. + Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence. + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. + Passion for technology and continuous improvement. This role is essential to ensuring availability, security and efficiency of our services through the administration, optimization, and automation of Windows systems. This role is key to help maintain the high reliability and performance of our applications: + Ensure compliance with the defined quality criteria. + Ensure the use of the different automatic deployment tools in the field, and keep knowledge of process, documentation, and quality. + Monitoring of SLA compliance based on KPIs defined Responsabilities: As a Windows System Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and scalability of our infrastructure.
