We are currently looking for a Configuration & Technical Setup Specialist in Spain.In this role, you will play a key part in delivering seamless onboarding experiences by managing the technical configuration and setup of complex platforms for new members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless system deployment, data integrity, and high-quality user acceptance testing. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will own the end-to-end configuration process from initial setup to go-live. Your expertise will directly impact member satisfaction, system reliability, and operational efficiency. This role offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to modern technologies, and the opportunity to refine technical, analytical, and communication skills.  + Execute hands-on platform configuration based on documented specifications and member requirements, ensuring accurate setup of settings, permissions, and features for launch
 + Own the technical onboarding and activation process for new members, including managing data uploads, system setup, and go-live preparation
 + Provide end-to-end support during User Acceptance Testing, including preparing test environments, guiding members through test scenarios, capturing feedback, and validating configuration quality
 + Deliver operational integration support at a non-engineering level, troubleshooting configuration-related issues and acting as a liaison between members and engineering teams
 + Maintain thorough documentation, ensure strict adherence to processes, and uphold high standards of quality assurance across all deployments
