Du hilfst Kardex dabei, von einer klassischen Human Workforce zu einer
Human + Digital Workforce zu werden - durch den Aufbau echter AI

Your tasks

AI Agents & Automatisierung

 * Entwicklung und Einführung von AI Agents
 * Aufbau einer zentralen Agenten-Bibliothek für Kardex
 * Identifikation und Umsetzung neuer AI-Anwendungsfälle
 * Automatisierung von Geschäfts- und P&C-Prozessen
 * Entwicklung von Proofs of Concept bis hin zu produktiven Lösungen, * Aufbau skalierbarer AI-Architekturen
 * Definition von Datenstrukturen für AI-Anwendungen
 * Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und AI-Nutzbarkeit, * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer Kardex AI Community
 * Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings
 * Förderung von AI-Kompetenzen im Unternehmen
 * Vernetzung von AI Champions und Fachbereichen, * Bewertung neuer Technologien und Anbieter
 * Entwicklung von Build-vs.-Buy-Strategien
 * Auswahl, Einführung und Steuerung externer Lösungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Technologiepartnern

Zusammenarbeit & Governance

 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Data Teams und dem AI Council
 * Unterstützung der AI-Governance und Compliance-Anforderungen
 * Skalierung erfolgreicher Lösungen über P&C hinaus in die gesamte Kardex Gruppe
