 * Erfahrung in der Dokumentation, Standardisierung und Prozessautomatisierung von Netzwerken
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an Wissensweitergabe

## Description

Als IT Senior Netzwerkadministrator (m/w/d) bist Du das Rückgrat unserer digitalen Infrastruktur. Du lenkst Datenströme, verbindest Systeme und hältst die Stabilität in Bewegung. Du denkst in Netzen, nicht in Grenzen, und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kommunikation von der Erde bis ins All jederzeit sicher, schnell und zuverlässig läuft. Eine moderate Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10-15 %, u. a. zum Hauptstandort Usingen) rundet Dein Profil ab.
Deine Mission

 * Strategische Weiterentwicklung, Planung und Design der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewall, Routing, Switching)
 * Technische Verantwortung für Betrieb, Wartung, Konfiguration und Dokumentation der Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Analyse, Bewertung und Behebung komplexer Netzwerk- und Security-Incidents
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur Netzwerkautomatisierung, Performance-Optimierung und Ausfallsicherheit
 * Planung und Implementierung neuer Technologien (z. B. Cloud-Netzwerke, SDN, Virtual Networking)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Cyber Security, Systemadministration und Fachabteilungen bei Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Monitoring und Troubleshooting mit modernen Netzwerkmanagementsystemen
 * Technische Mentorenrolle für das Netzwerkteam und Unterstützung im 2nd/3rd Level Support
 * Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft und an geplanten Wartungsfenstern außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit
