 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors und in HR-IT-Projekten
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Konfiguration, Systembetreuung und HR-Prozessen
 * Erfahrung mit Integrationen und Schnittstellen von Vorteil
 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) sowie Reisebereitschaft

 * Be an early applicant, * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP SuccessFactors-Landschaft (Employee Central, Payroll, Time)
 * Konfiguration, Optimierung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen HR-Systembetriebs
 * Analyse und Umsetzung neuer fachlicher sowie gesetzlicher Anforderungen
 * Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
 * Betreuung von Schnittstellen, Tests, Releases sowie Reporting
 * Leitung nationaler und internationaler HR-IT-Projekte inklusive fachlicher Teamführung
