* Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb serverseitiger Kundenapplikationen im technischen Applikationsmanagement
 * Administration, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Middleware-Komponenten und Datenbanksystemen
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben, z. B. mit Ansible, Bash oder PowerShell
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen gemäß ITIL-Prozessen und vereinbarten SLAs
 * Mitarbeit im operativen Applikationsbetrieb eines hochverfügbaren Twin Data Centers
