 * Experimentierfreude & Frustrationstoleranz: Da wir unseren Weg noch suchen, bringst Du Geduld mit, wenn ein KI-Workflow mal nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert, und hast Spaß am Optimieren.
 * Teamplayer vor Ort: Du hast Lust auf den direkten, agilen Austausch auf Deutsch und Englisch und bist bereit für eine Arbeitsweise mit 80 % Präsenz in unserem Berliner Büro (4 Tage vor Ort, 1 Tag flexibel Remote).
