## Description

* Fachliche Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung, Standardisierung und technologische Weiterentwicklung von modernen CNC-Fertigungsprozessen
 * Standortübergreifende Entwicklung, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen (Fräsen, Drehen, Bohren, Schleifen etc.), Rundschleiftechnik und Additiven Fertigungsverfahren (z.B. 3D-Druck, Metall-Laser-Sintern) mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und Kosten
 * Durchführung von Prozessanalysen zur Fehlerdiagnose, Prozessvalidierung und-stabilisierung
 * Technische Beratung angrenzender Fachbereiche, z.B. Konstruktion, Qualität, Production Planning
 * Initiierung und Leitung von Technologie- und Innovationsprojekten inkl. Ressourcen- und Budgetverantwortung
 * Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen, Projektplänen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Meilensteinen.
 * Unterstützung bei der Herstellung komplexer Sonderbauteile / Prototypen beginnend von der Arbeitsplanung bis zu zur Auslieferung
 * Schulung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden bei Prozessänderungen oder Neueinführungen, * Modernste Kantine
