* Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Vertriebspartner in deiner Region - mit Fokus auf Umsatzwachstum und Aktivierung
 * Gewinnung neuer Partner sowie strukturiertes Onboarding zum gezielten Ausbau des Netzwerks
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung gemeinsamer Vertriebsstrategien für eine fokussierte Marktbearbeitung
 * Steuerung von Partnerprojekten und aktiven Verkaufschancen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
 * Durchführung von Partner-Meetings, Business Reviews und Trainings zur Performance-Entwicklung
 * Unterstützung der Partner bei Kundengewinnung sowie Up- und Cross-Selling
 * Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerb zur frühzeitigen Identifikation neuer Potenziale
 * Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Terminen, Messen und Events
