 * Begeisterung für KI-Themen, insbesondere LLMs und Agentenentwicklung
 * Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Freude daran, Dinge pragmatisch zu verbessern
 * Hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie eine offene und wertschätzende Kommunikation
