## Description

* Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten IT-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
 * Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten unterschiedlicher Größe
 * Administration und Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk, Cloud-Dienste)
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Systembetriebs durch Monitoring, Wartung und Optimierung
 * Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei technischen Fragestellungen im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports
 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Beratung der Anwender zur Stärkung digitaler Kompetenzen
 * Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen inklusive Patch-Management, Updates und Risikoanalysen
