 * Mit den Fachbereichen und HR Product Ownern arbeitest du eng zusammen und bringst eigene Lösungsideen ein
 * Internationale Rollouts und Transformationsprojekte begleitest du von der Konzeption bis zum Go-live
 * Optimierungspotenziale im Employee Lifecycle erkennst du selbst und treibst deren Umsetzung aktiv voran
