## About the Role

* Die Grundlage Ihres Erfolgs bildet ein abgeschlossenes Master- oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
 * Darauf aufbauend verfügen Sie bereits über mehrjährige (mind. 5 Jahre) Berufserfahrung in der elektrischen Antriebstechnik, bei Anwendungen der Leistungselektronik sowie im Bereich Netzanwendungen.
 * Sie können praktische Erfahrungen bei spezifischen Anwendungen zur Netzstabilität vorweisen, etwa bei STATCOM, Phasenschiebern (Synchronkondensatoren), Netzkopplungen oder Landstromversorgung.
 * Zudem verfügen Sie über Referenzen zur gemeinsamen Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen mit Kunden.
 * Sie beherrschen Englisch fließend; Deutschkenntnisse oder Kenntnisse weiterer Sprachen sind wünschenswert.
 * Internationale Reisebereitschaft ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
 * Erfahrung mit PSS/E oder PSCAD sowie Simulink/Matlab ist sehr wünschenswert.
 * Erfahrung in einer HIL-Umgebung ist wünschenswert.
