 * Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kommunizierst klar, auch remote und asynchron

## Description

* Du entwickelst und pflegst unsere zentralen Systeme: unser internes ERP (Python/Flask), unsere Kandidaten- und Arbeitgeberplattform (Next.js/TypeScript) und unsere Branchenportale
 * Du baust unsere KI-Schicht weiter aus: automatisierte Kandidatenqualifizierung, semantisches Matching auf Basis von Embeddings (PostgreSQL/pgvector) und KI-gestützte Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Voice-Agents
 * Du entwickelst Automatisierungen, die operative Arbeit aus dem Team nehmen (AWS Lambda, Datenpipelines, Workflow-Tools)
 * Du triffst technische Entscheidungen selbst - von der Architektur bis zum Deployment - statt sie in Meetings abzustimmen
 * Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und siehst direkt, welchen Effekt deine Arbeit auf das Geschäft hat
