## About the Role

 * Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
 * Reisebereitschaft inkl. Einarbeitung an anderen Standorten

## Description

* Funktion des zentralen IT-Ansprechpartners am Standort für Produktion, Logistik, Vertrieb und Verwaltung
 * Bereitstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebes - von Arbeitsplatz-IT über Netzwerktechnik bis hin zu produktionsnahen IT-Systemen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit in lokalen und standortübergreifenden IT-Projekten und Vertretung aller IT-Belange aus Sicht deines Standorts
 * Übernahme der Koordination und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister (z. B. bei Störungen, Projekten, Beschaffungen)
 * Mitwirkung im Incident- und Problemmanagement als Bindeglied zwischen Endanwendern, Service Desk, zentraler IT und Dienstleistern
 * Interessenvertretung deines Standorts, Wahrung von IT-Standards und Einbringung lokaler Anforderungen in die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Mitarbeit an der Standardisierung von IT-Lösungen und Erfahrungsaustausch mit anderen IT-Koordinatoren
