## Description

* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von IT Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat
 * Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Behebung in Hard und Softwarekomponenten
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsstationen, Peripheriegeräten und Software
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung von VPN Verbindungen sowie bei der Verwaltung virtueller Umgebungen wie VMware
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung der Dokumentation zu Support fällen sowie Systemkonfigurationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen zur Optimierung der IT Infrastruktur
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung kleinerer IT Projekte sowie bei der Schulung von Nutzern
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
