## Description

Life is too short to work for a boring company, so why don't you join us? We are looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems., You're our perfect candidate if you:

 + Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance by email or ticketing tool.
 + Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
 + Onboarding Leadtech's users
 + Provision and deprovision of workstation transferred from IT to users
 + Provision and deprovision of users with Azure AD and Google Workspace Admin
 + Installation, upgrade, and applications management remotely
 + Manage HW's warranties with the several suppliers.
 + Maintenance of licenses
 + Control about logistics and inventory
 + Full technical support to workstations and peripherals
 + Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
 + Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
 + Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
 + Provide accurate information on IT products or services
 + Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
 + Follow-up and update customer status and information
 + Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
 + Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
